Career Summary
Mr. Randall has thirty-four years of real estate investment
experience. Prior to owning his own firm, he spent twenty-seven
years with Grubb & Ellis Company in Southern California as a Senior Vice
President in their Institutional Capital Markets group, specializing in
investment properties. Prior to accepting a position with Grubb &
Ellis Company, Mr. Randall was the sales manager and head of acquisitions for
Investment Brokers, Inc., a multiple office real estate agency. As a real
estate professional, he has represented some of the West Coast’s largest
property owners in the acquisition and disposition of their major investment
properties.
Experience
Mr. Randall has closed over 35 million square feet ($2.4
billion) of investment sales where he exclusively represented the seller.
A sample of major clients includes: AEW Capital Management, Archon Group, AMB
Property Corporation, Bank of America, Citibank, Estate of James Campbell,
CalSTRS, CalPERS, Donald Bren, The Irvine Company, Feuerstein Family, Heitman
Properties, Principal Capital Management, RREEF, Transamerica Realty, UBS
Realty Investors, Washington Water & Power Co., and CBRE Investors.
While at Grubb & Ellis, Mr. Randall was the top
investment broker nationally for the company in multiple years, and 10 times in
his local office. He also finished in the top 1% of overall producers
nationally for the company five times. He was the first recipient of the
prestigious President’s
Award from the Institutional
Investment Group for overall outstanding client service. He was a member of the
company’s Circle of Excellence (top 100 brokers nationally) 22 out of 23 years.
He is also the co-chairman of the Institutional Investment Group as well as
being on its advisory council.
