Mr. Meade has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. He began his career as an appraiser with Diversified Realty Appraisal, a Newport Beach appraisal firm. Mr. Meade has been with Grubb & Ellis for over 15 years, the last ten of which working strictly as a financial analyst and due diligence consultant with the investment team headed by Michael Randall.
In addition to his previous appraisal career, Mr. Meade has also provided consulting services such as: feasibility studies, market analyses, lease arbitration, discounted cash flow analyses, investment analyses and property tax consulting. Examples of assignments include the world-renowned 2 Rodeo retail center in Beverly Hills, TRW’s Space Park aerospace facility with over 3,000,000 square feet of mixed use product in Manhattan Beach and a 3,000 acre portion of the O’Neil Ranch in south Orange County. In the mid-1990s, Ms. Calkins was the marketing manager at the L&B Group, a real estate asset management firm based in Dallas, Texas.

Anthony Tran provides extensive market information, custom reporting, and the mapping and analysis to support the Randall Group and clients. Mr. Tran is responsible for preparing the Quarterly Office Market Trends Report, compiling extensive data collection, the accuracy, verification, tracking and analysis of property listings, both internal and external.
